Ukraine begs NATO for closure the air space over Ukraine in order to carry a defence ground operations and keep civilians in Kyiv alive (NATO would control the entire space over Ukraine on radars and satellites and be more precise with coordinates of the targets). The troops, tanks and military vehicles' column extends on 6 km. Ukrainians allow front vehicles go, then they attack vehicles on the back, with fuel, food and arms. This is why Russian troops go so slow. Footage from Polish TVP TV World.
The most powerful is the footage in a second half of the video showing Russian column which has no end and destroyed city of Borodzianka where there is no single military target. The conference was in Ukrainian, very chaotic, then translated into Polish. The most important message from it that Putin won't stop (which is true). His goal is Ukraine then Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, besides Moldova, Hungary... He has nothing to lose, so he is hitting now civilians in order to make them panic and destroy their morale.
Second point was the concern of Zaporizhia and the biggest European nuclear power plant intercepted by Russian troops. Now the employees work with Russian barrels placed against their temples. There are 6 reactors, which makes the power plant the most dangerous "bomb" in Europe. Russian troops attacked the plant's infrastructure and it was close to fire up the reactors. They used heavy cannons and rocket launchers.
The bottom line: DO NOT BELIEVE in ANYTHING what PUTIN says.
Si vis pacem, para bellum.
