Nikita Argunov's 'Koma' is a gorgeous movie that too often becomes too dependent on special effects. When they work, they work really well though when they don't (which isn't to imply it ever does a 'Superman's upper lip'-type of thing though there are points where the technology behind the effects become apparent) it's also fairly obvious.
