Here I strip, clean and replace the diaphragm on a Wacker BS60Y Wacker with a Bing 33 carburetor. Also replace the spark plug.

Note the BS60Y takes a Champion RL86C. There appears to be several "equivalents" in the NGK range but I ended up with the NGK B6HS.

Also note, I think the first start of the day starting problems are probably just the way I am doing it.
