Mary Jane has finally got a role in a Hollywood action film which is being shot in New York. Unfortunately, the director treats her and everyone else like garbage. But his isn't by far the biggest problem, since the Sinister Six have returned and decided to meddle with the film's production to give Spider-Man a bad name.

You take control Peter Park/Spider-Man. The game is split up into various scenes where you either solve puzzles or fight one member of the Sinister Six in a mini game.
