Wie mehrere französische Online-Portale übereinstimmend berichten, brach das Feuer aus bislang ungeklärten Gründen aus. Auf Fotos und Videos ist zu sehen, wie riesige Rauchschwaden bis in den Himmel ziehen und im zehn Kilometer entfernten Zentrum von Paris noch zu sehen sind.
