a world in motion wants to stay in motion. a world at rest....

My wife is having medical issues. It's the kind of thing that can be very serious, but, under normal circumstances, should be an easy in and out thing. The problem is, despite the empty parking lots at the hospital, it is impossible to do anything in a business as usual fashion while the world is in panic mode. I'm not saying the current pandemic isn't serious, but, perhaps it is time to stat moving forward again before the entire system becomes to atrophied to move.
We all gave this a good go. We stopped seeing friends as often or going out as much. A lot of businesses and public places closed. We gave hospitals and the government time to get medical supplies, build patient wards and work on cures. We limited travel to prevent the spread. We can't hide under our beds, forever. Businesses must open. Important items must be manufactured and shipped. Food must grow and be processed. Money must retain value. Roads must be built. Life must go on or it won't and we die. Nuff said.
