Ukrops claim this could be a 155mm Smart Munition from German PhZ 2000, while Russia is the only one documented to have already used these type of munitions in both Ukraine and previously in Syria. The munition is fired from artillery or MLRS systems, which disperses small bomblets that parachute down over the battlefield then identify enemy armor and shoot an explosive object at them for a top-kill.
