Appalling footage of the 'Forced' abduction of 2 siblings from their father by CAFASS and the Police

What you have, or are just about to witness here, is the forced removal of 2 siblings, from their father, whom the children clearly love very much, by Police and CAFCASS, to be placed with the mother.. This video isn't about the custody rights of either of the Parents though although, it must have been just as painful a process for the father, who faced arrest if he intervened, to be forced into submission, as it was for his children to be torn away in this fashion. No this video isn't about Custody. This video is about the completely flawed process, you see, being used here.

A Court had ordered the removal of the 2 siblings, to be placed with the mother in this case. The father did not object to the ruling, but did suggest, to save any trauma to, or dramas from, his children, that he drop them both off at school in the morning, and the mother simply pick them up at the end of the school day. .
It is the perfect solution from someone who seems to be a rational, and caring parent. His idea places the children's well being and stability, at the fore.
CAFCASS and Devon and Cornwall Police, acting on the ruling handed down by the Court, however, refused to engage in this, very sensible idea,.... and instead decided to do what you are have, or are just about to, watch.....

When what you see here is the preferred method of enforcing Court orders, where children are concerned, then the whole bloody system needs an massive and immediate overhaul. This sort of 'Court' enforcement, is completely and utterly unacceptable

I have anonymized this video and republished it, so that it can be viewed for thought and debate, but mostly for the Public Record.
This graphic footage SHOULD remain in the Public domain and the Public should DEMAND that the process for the removal/transfer of children, from parent to parent, AFTER A COURT ORDER HAS BEEN IMPOSED, be reviewed immediately.
