Dr. Christiane Northrup on V@ccines, The Wisdom of Menopause & Birthing the New Earth

I have been an admirer of Dr. Christiane Northrup for the past 12 years when I got to open for her. Her pioneering efforts in the integration of complementary healthcare approaches into mainstream medicine were profoundly influential for me at a time when I was looking for new ideas to expand my practicing repertoire as it related to yoga, healing through music and mantra. She is a board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist and former assistant clinical professor at the Maine Medical Center.

Dr. Northrup is a New York Times best selling author, and with good reason. Her books reveal why she is truly looked upon as a global authority on everything that can go right with the female body.
In today’s interview, we discussed her latest book, The Wisdom of Menopause (Revised and Updated). Based on the title, you might think this is a book exclusively for women, but this is absolutely not the case. There is great wisdom in this incredible work for everyone in terms of the messages to honor our desires, respect ourselves and others, along with fundamentally important health information that transcends gender.
