Depression, my way out is a part of my story and how I managed to find my way out of the darkness. I was given anti-depressants and was very unhappy to take them. I did take one and the stopped. I think for me it was kind of a way to say I lost my battle if I took the medicine. I am not saying do not take your medicine but for me I did not want that. It was a long road but in the end I managed to win the battle. Depression, my way out is one way and not the only way to win the battle.
