They call them quarantine camps and people are being put in the now.
Should be for max 14days, but sounds like the guy in this clip was extended.
I believe they can keep unvax in longer, but cannot enforce the jab.
Federal Law the BiosecurityAct2015/61 allows this to be done to named individuals.
They can do this with a signed control order from a judge for specific person.
