New York’s new gun law is barely a month old and a Federal judge has already blocked it. While doing so, he completely eviscerated it in the his ruling leaving only the restrictions limiting conceal carry in schools, courthouses, and government buildings. Which of course Governor Hochul is trying to act like she has been victimized personally by the ruling where she was only trying to enact a gun law that was “carefully crafted to put in place common-sense restrictions around concealed carry permits”.
