Melbourne's Delta strain "outbreak" is due to bad people, not bad luck!

http://www.matthaydenblog.com This clip shows Sydney's Wynyard station a bit after 5PM. As you can see, there are lots of people brushing past each other with very few of them wearing masks. Yet somehow we've been free of the dreaded 'rona for months. Down in Melbourne, however, it's a different story. Despite the nation's strictest containment measures that city still has the worst outcomes. Why is that, I wonder? Could it be that the lockdowns and mask mandates are the aim, and not actually the solution to a real public health problem, and the "science" is being falsified to justify them?
