Don't Get Raped By The State
You're next silly willy, who needs constables oaths when you can hire State Inflicted Trauma wagies to punish dissent at all costs
If you don’t stand up for your civil rights, the State will crush you. The Police always get a conviction of the isolated, socially awkward loner chosen to be the prime suspect. Police culture is bent. It is a long inglorious list of stitch ups, particularly given the historic cold cases of usually young women murdered that remain unsolved.
One of the most embarrassing parts about Aotearoa Clownworld is the disgusting manner in which so many acquiesce to CEA. It’s never CEAs fault when they shoot someone, it’s never CEAs fault when they chase people to their death, it’s never CEAs fault for planting evidence, it’s never CEAs fault for using interrogation methods that bully false confessions out of vulnerable people. I think there is a settler cultural chip on our shoulders that always asks the mounted constabulary to bash those scary wrong thinkers at the edge of town because we are frightened of what goes bump in the night.
We willingly give CEA total desecration to kill and maim and frame as long as long as they keep us safe.
Hundreds of CEA agents per year are disgraced, and some very quietly end up before the courts. Evidence tampering, lifting drugs & property from storage, hitting on imprisoned peoples partners, accessing CEA intel for personal reasons, bullying, stalking are some of the cases that have popped up from time to time and quickly disappear from media scrutiny. One lives over the road from me, forced into early retirement because he leaned on a prosecutor to drop an assault charge for the son of his business partner. He got pinged more because of running a business concurrently with serving, and he had previous interview tampering, let off by IPCA. Many of these guys think it is ok–that is how degraded CEA culture is. I actually talk to him and he is certainly reflecting on life now.
Tasers were meant to be a lethal force alternative, but CEA agents typically use them as compliance and punishment devices! Digital Surveillance tech also shows just how little respect for the law and public consultation they have.
Yeah, yeah–CEA have to deal with the “mad, sad & bad” and clean up gruesome crash scenes etc. very touching, (though some of their work could be done by paramedics, fully staffed mental health workers and search and rescue etc) but they need to be accountable and mean it if they want wide support.
.
Notable Kiwis who were victimized by CEA who twisted evidence to fit the crime:
Arthur Allan Thomas (pardoned in 1979 and awarded NZ$950,000 in compensation for his 9 years in prison and loss of earnings)
Alan Hall (ongoing, figures of around $5 million to $6.5m compensation have been floated)
Scott Watson (ongoing, hearing delayed until May 2023)
David Doherty (received a public apology in 2001 along with $868,728 in compensation)
Peter Ellis (conviction quashed posthumously)
Teina Pora (received a government apology in June 2016 along with $3.5 million compensation)
David Lyttle (police forced to payout $75,000 in costs)
Mauha Fawcett
Ongoing victimization cases by CEA
Daniel Bond (seeking damages currently)
Notable disproportionate sentences compensated
Daniel Fitzgerald (awarded $450,000 + interest)
