It is not uncommon to be fearful, nervous, or even shocked from experiencing and feeling traumatized due to the circumstances of dangerous and hazardous activities.
Be aware that PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder can develop from being in a shocking, an alarming, scary, horrible, or dangerous situation for a long period of time.
For the sake of the health of your mind, body, spirit, and soul it is strongly advisable to permanently remove yourself from an abusive relationship as quickly as possible.
Always remember that you will never develop PTSD from being in a healthy normal relationship. Protect your mental health and Choose Life over Abuse.
