"Narcissists depend on creating a "safe haven" for their abuse to actually take place. This so no one will believe the victim of the abuse, the narcissist must create a very different reality around the abusive part of them. Creating a false facade for the world to believe in is essential for any abuser. This gives the narcissists "legitimacy" (in their own mind, cause they are actually not abusive to the rest of the world) and safety to abuse in secret."

Let's reveal her true nature... My birth giver used to dig her nails into my upper arms and make me bleed as a child. She hit me wherever it wouldn't leave a mark. She used to try to break my spirit when I was happy and giggling by calling me a fool. She would grit her teeth and the word fool would just seethe out of her mouth. She called me fat and ugly. I was never fat. She was anorexic and probably still is. She hated me and I could tell.
I found a letter when I was a teen (which just so happened to be on the counter in the bathroom) to my Dad that said plainly she wished she never gave birth to me. Of course when I finally had the backbone when I was grown to confront her, mysteriously she can't remember that and gaslit me about it.
Years ago when I began what I now know is called low contact. She sent me an email stating in narc speak that she had given me up for adoption when my Dad was in prison right after I had been born. However she hurried up and got me back because she was worried about what people would think of her. Not what was best for me. Just let that sink in a moment. I was in my late 30's. What possible good reason would there be to tell me that. Oh that's right she was punishing me for low contact. Who even knows if she was telling any truths here. She is a proven liar like a lot of narcs and/or people with cluster B personality disorders.
Now to the present, I am no contact with that whole family of origin. I found out I was the scapegoat. I was floored. It explained the role they assigned me. All the time wasted trying to please them and things were never good enough. I always came under persecution for just being me. I could not stand one more second having these disgusting hateful people in my life.
I do not permit her access to my son who is a teenager. Here comes the punishment again. She has turned my grown daughter against me. She has turned my brother and sister against me. I am no contact with my Dad since he permitted her abuse and didn't help me. She probably has turned the rest of the family against me, since I am no contact I wouldn't know what's going on anyways. There are so many more examples of her "revenge" but I have told enough.
They are evil. This is a spiritual battle plain and simple. Their behavior is like that of a demon. They hate us and it shows. They want to destroy us. They will lie, cheat and steal to accomplish their goal. They may appear sweet, charitable, kind, etc. to others but we know the truth. They think they are getting away with all of this abuse."

They positioned it at the bottom of the stairs so your eyes had to see it each time you went up or down. LOL I guess they thought the more people see it, the more they will believe it, and I think they themselves might think of themselves as humanitarians while conning people. LOL"
