Kaze and the Wild Masks - Playthrough Part 1

Started playing Kaze and the Wild Masks - a colourful 2D platformer with responsive controls. Each level you can collect 4 KAZE letters, 2 challenge crystals and an extral purple one obtained by collecting 100+ smaller gems. The first collectable unlocks artwork, the second an extra level and I'm not sure what the 3rd does. The story is pretty bare bones - our heroine and her potential father visit a temple and his soul is sucked into a ring. Nothing more is revealed so far. You can only jump and attack, but by combining these 2 abilities you can float, long jump and dash - the momentum here gives you a lot of options. In one level Kaze (I presume that's her name) finds a mask, which alters her abilities to flight and shooting a projectile. Curious to see what the other masks do.
