I feel he overlooks the power of emotions. Thoughts need emotions to empower them and more fully penetrate the subconscious. Saying that, there seems a surprising power in simple words that can be like curses or constructive affirmations. Some books say that your deeply held beliefs significantly shape your reality. Dreams play a role as well. The human is more complicated than just a base animal with a smart mind.

I believe in trying to see two or more sides of issues rather than endlessly repeating one side of the narrative while banning or censoring the other side.
