The Case Against Love

Is love real? If so, then what is love? Can you define it? Probably not. Most people can’t. They instead say they know it when they feel it. But this is a fallacy because feelings can be quite facetious. Which is why when people think they are in love with someone often they later realize that it wasn’t “real love” or “true love” or however it is they talk about the fact that those feelings were essentially all false, just an illusion of the mind, something I talked about in my last video. In fact the whole concept of love is erroneous. It is something without any one real definitive definition. There are so many different ways of talking about love from so many point of views that people rarely agree about what it is or isn’t. And that is because love is not really a real thing. At best, it is an abstract philosophical concept. At worst, it is a destructive weapon which ruins the lives of most men and always have. The best thing you can do is to stop believing in it and pursuing it. But of course most men don’t want to. So allow me to make the case against it using logic and science. I have laid this out in 4 different parts, each with a number of different points, so that if anyone disagrees and wishes to refute any part or point made in the case against love they can do so by referencing it directly.
