Joe Biden states (on the record at the Kennedy Center in 2015) that US allies poured hundreds of millions of dollars into arming ISIS and other terror groups in Syria. Not long after this speech, Joe Biden attempted to retract these highly revealing comments. However, it was too late and the info was already in the public realm and had been cached by alert researchers.
