"No Mind" | The Power of the Quiet Mind

Being in a space of “No Mind” is a very strange concept, yet the power of the quiet mind is immense. You have done a lot of healing and clearing recently, and your triggers are much less charged. Your mind seems oddly quiet, right? So where is the spiritual direction and alignment with purpose you expected to find? Why does “No Mind” feel so uncomfortable?

In this video I explain what is really going on when we feel this space of quiet mind and what we can do during this time to acclimate ourselves to “No Mind”. Being in quiet mind feels uncomfortable and very foreign. Yet this is exactly where we want to be! You are aligning with your higher self!
