Finally, we take on the first boss.

Maten no Soumetsu (魔天の創滅) is a JRPG by Koudansha Research Institute. It was only released in Japan. The story starts with a man called Zafan, who encounters a flying monster carrying what turns out to be a baby one evening. He kills the monster and raises the child as his own. 16 years later the child has a grown into a young man, who is the protagonist you play. Zafan sets up to meet the king in order to discuss the appearance of more and more monsters throughout the land. But Zafan gets attacked on his way back and is lethally injured, dying shortly after reaching his house. So it's up to the player to take over the task of Zafan.
