At 6 months postpartum, I can safely say that I'm in the best shape of my life. It would seem that being a stay-at-home mompreneur would mean saying goodbye to a sculpted, lean body. However, I have found that since I got rid of my gym membership, and also quit running myself ragged (literally) going for super long cardio runs and rides, I began to see results. I'm sharing with you 10 of my favorite full-body resistance exercises that require no equipment, that you can do right in your living room!
