DURATION: 11m44s -- I remember a time when your run-of-the-mill hard to spell "foreign" combination of names (first, last) used to be a deterrent to getting hired. Now...the diametric *opposite" is the case.

The more white-sounding and Anglo Saxon-leaning your name is, the less of a chance you have at getting the opportunity.

The only place where this isn't true is Quebec, where French-Canadians and Quebecois still control the roost, and will for the foreseeable future.
