The PCR test just looks at DNA viral fragments and if it can see them, there is a possible chance that you have that virus. They do this by DNA amplification. They had multiple companies doing the tests and each company would have their own standard of amplification, some had 15, some had 25 but when they wanted to increase the covid cases they would choose the companies that did upper 30's and 40's which would 100% guarantee a positive result, even if they were testing a fruit or vegetable. It was the ultimate crime against humanity by making the world believe there was really a crisis. Funeral directors, Morticians and the Life Insurance companies when surveyed reported no greater deaths than other years.
