Biden and Obama Started the Takedown of Gen. Flynn, 3112
Good morning, I’m still reporting on the coup.
Handwritten notes made by the former head of FBI counterintelligence, Peter Strzok, indicate that it was then Vice President Joe Biden who suggested that then National Security Advisor, Gen. Mike Flynn could be targeted by charging with a violation of the Logan Act.
The notes dated Jan. 4, 2017, were scrawled in Strzok’s scribbly handwriting:
“VP – Logan Act”
Then, presumably some raises a question about no one ever having been prosecuted under a Logan Act violation.
Because then President Obama says:
“These are unusual times”
Biden responds:
“I’ve been on the intel committee for ten years and I never…
Then Obama makes his marching orders clear.
Obama: “Make sure you look at things and have the right people on it.”
That means trusted members of the coup – not real FBI agents.
Then the next important thing that Obama says is:
“Is there anything I shouldn’t be telling the transition team?”
Wow! Here you have the guy who has been president for the last 8 years asking others in the room what he should not be revealing to the incoming administration. Who else is in that room?
Well, it was apparently President Obama, FBI Director James Comey, Deputy AG Sally Yates, Obama’s Nat. Sec. Advisor, Susan Rice, VP Joe Biden and, of course Strzok.
However, Biden has recently claimed he knew nothing about the genesis of the investigations into General Flynn.

The release of this new information no doubt caused a Federal Appeals Court to order Judge Emmitt Sullivan to drop the case against Gen. Flynn, as the Justice Dept. had ordered Sullivan to do – hopefully ending the years-long persecution of Trump’s first National Security Advisor.
The three-judge panel found that Judge Sullivan was guilty of “irregular” conduct for usurping the authority of the Justice Department’s prosecutors who ordered Sullivan to drop all charges against Flynn.
Gen. Flynn’s first sentencing hearing was held in Dec. 2018. In that hearing Judge Sullivan suggested that Flynn might be guilty of treason. In a dramatic courtroom display Judge Sullivan accused Flynn of being:
“… an unregistered agent of a foreign country while serving as the national security adviser to the president of the United States. Arguably, that undermines everything this flag over here stands for. Arguably, you sold your country out.”
That must have been a crushing accusation for Gen. Flynn, who epitomized the concept of self-less service across his lengthy military career.
The Judge later apologized for his comments.
Sullivan has not yet complied with the order of the Appeals Court. It remains unclear whether he will try to keep the matter alive by appealing to the full appeals court, or even to the U.S. Supreme Court.
I’m still reporting from just outside the citadel of American freedom. Good day.
