Controlling Dreams | My Skeleton Experience

We take a surface approach on how one may increase their chances of directing their dreams.

While many sources are available to help guide one, I share the first dream I was able to control.

People are vastly unique so what works for one may not work for another.

Further research is encouraged by yourself, as always, to determine if such an accomplishment would benefit you.
