This is a clip from Israeli comedy show "The history program of Toffee (Dawn Rosenzweig) and the Gorilla (Shuki)". It's a satire, but I think it's still quite weird one, even more because it's supposed to be a children's show. The clip was originally uploaded to thisvigilantguardian's YT page, but the account doesn't exist anymore.
