Production Note: Yup. I forgot to stow the rubbery forearm flaps before I started. I realized it later and put them in position to show them transforming, but careful observers will see that they aren’t in place until after the legs transform. C’est la vie. Also, since Premiere Pro likes to occastionally crash on me and because I’m dumb as a stump and can’t remember to manually save intermittently, I got to edit this entire sequence... TWICE! Someday I will learn.
Viewing Note:
If you want to follow along, I recommend skipping to the speed run and using the Chrome plugin called "Frame by Frame for YouTube". It turns your , and . keyboard keys into single-frame movement keys. Every step of the transformation is documented in the frames of the video, in what I consider to be the best sequence. With minimal rubbing and minimal parts-parking.
