This is How I See the FTC and COPPA Playing Out With YouTube and a Solution to It

With the FTC now getting involved with YouTube and content creators being held culpable under COPPA as a result things are going to change on the site. Looking at everything, especially the compliance with COPPA with the 2020 Presidential Elections less than a year away here in the US, to me it seems like there is a lot more going on than supposedly just trying to protect the children. In this video I discuss what I believe is the driving force behind it all along with what I believe would be a solution to it.
