We did the Finding Direction session (https://youtu.be/FSY5ccpa8fg) to help her shift her focus for healthier and happier lifestyle choices.

First, we discovered why it is so important not to have cats in the room when someone is trying to go into hypnosis! LOL. 😀

Then I took Eugenia to a past significant memory that will help her find the right focus and make the right choices now.

Eugenia had been focusing on getting a good job for over a year and was surprised to learn that job and status are not what she should be focusing on and are not important for her, according to her own subconscious.

Next Eugenia explored her present life choices and with the help of her intuition and different parts of her subconscious, she made a list of the best choices before choosing the one best choice.

She was shocked to discover that her subconscious chose a completely different focus than career and money. Something much more directly connected to self-love and giving unconditional love.

Finally, she went into the future to experience what she will look and feel like if she utilises the message from the past and actualises the best choice in her present.

She discovered that she would feel security, something which she had been seeking through career and status unsuccessfully.

She decided to embrace the messages from the session and shift her focus; only two days later she was offered a career with less pay than she had been looking for, but in a completely new field doing something that she had always been interested in and always wanted to do!
