SUPREME COURT LIMITS EPA AUTHORITY, SAYS THEIR POWER GRAB IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL, EPA SIDESTEPS?TREASON

On Thursday, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled in West Virginia v. The Environmental Protection Agency that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) does not have the constitutional authority to regulate carbon dioxide emissions from power plants in order to bring about a transition away from coal energy throughout the country because it was not specifically granted that power by Congress. The EPA, in spite of this ruling by the Supreme Court that they do not have the authority to regulate coal out of business, the EPA has indicated that although it will not reinstate the Clean Power Plan it will be drafting its new and most likely now illegal rules on greenhouse-gas emissions from power plants, as the EPA continues placing the WEF and the UN, above US Law, our courts, and Congress.
