Kevin was charged and arrested for allegedly 'causing a disturbance' (i.e. shopping with a mask exemption) at the CORE Shopping Centre in Calgary. It was also claimed that he attended an 'illegal gathering'. The bail hearing and/or trial date could be set on Monday May 31, but it's possible he may not be released until trial in 2-6 weeks.
