On October 1, Verizon Wireless and the City of Houston celebrated the launch of the 5th Generation (5G) cellular network. The move is being heralded as the beginning of driverless cars, robot companions, and convenience at every turn. However, advocates of 5G seem to ignore the potential health affects and privacy concerns. Journalist Derrick Broze asked Turner about these issues.
