Thief 2X -05- The Redistribution Game

Zaya now knows where the smugglers' hideout is so the next step is to carefully reconnoiter the area to find out how best to hurt them.

All loot, all secrets, all pockets picked, all notes read.

This is the level where in my first time casual playthrough I learned about the archers having weird AI. This level requires you to not be detected and to leave all enemies alone or it's instant mission fail, so you'd think there's no way to have archers make a pin cushion out of you, but you'd be wrong. Archers can spot you instantly from lower or upper floors (and I do mean instantly) and fire at you repeatedly until you're out of sight and then resume patrol as if they were never alerted at all. In that state their alertness doesn't seem to transmit to others, either. This happened to me in Mission 2 and 3 as well when recording the walkthrough.

Pretty small and easy level, but I don't mind. It's decent fun and small levels make my job of recording walkthroughs simpler.
