This is part 2 of my wet pumpkin puree to a powder experiment. I'm once again dehydrating it in my 9 Tray Excalibur Food Dehydrator. In this attempt, I'm using my non stick fruit roll up tray inserts to ensure the easy separation of the dried pumpkin puree from the inserts. There are two cans of Libby's Pumpkin Puree (29 oz) cans in this batch.
