This is advice for accidental incidents: for the record and as implied in the video, I do not condone trying this out on pets on purpose. Unfortunately, accidents of ingestion of Cannabis do happen (and yes, you can feel effects from Cannabis from eating it raw, even though you’re mostly consuming THCA, not THC….it’s just a highly inefficient method of Cannabis consumption…on the bright side that works in your favor if it’s a pet that ate it by accident). While the effects to your pet will be quite similar to effects of Cannabis on you, they are also much more likely than you to have unpleasant side-effects like nausea. Plus, they don’t understand WHY they’re feeling so strange and it can be a scary experience for them, especially if its never happened before.
*DISCLAIMER: I am not a vet by trade. My advice is secondary to a vet’s. My background on this topic comes from a handful of peer-reviewed studies on Marijuana Effects on Animals, other online research and personal experience seeing it and hearing about incidents.*
