HOAX/FAKE London Bridge/Borough Market Terrorist False Flag

An apparent "policeman" is filmed near to scene of the London Bridge/Borough Market terrorst attack in London, June 3rd 2017, changing clothes with others. He's changing into a pair of camoflage pants. He can be seen to have tattoos, a blue-ish T'shirt, short-cropped crew-cut hair (under his jaunty police cap) & a heavy 5'Clock shadow or possibly fake beard.
Later the same appearance & dress is shown on the apparently dead terrorist. The camo pants appear very similar, there is a blue-ish T-shirt, tattoos on the arm & a similar 5 O'Clock shadow.
