In response to the failures of The League of Nations, socialist Rosicka Schwimmer and Lola Maverick Lloyd, with the support of globalists, created a manifesto in 1942 to serve as a blueprint for a world government. With the goal of creating a society that is free of borders and controlled by the wealthiest centralized powers, these two women created the Campaign For World Government. This is perhaps the first written document giving evidence of a plan by the elite to introduce a one world government.

The following are excerpts from the document:

“As the first step in peaceful achievement of world union, we urge the immediate creation of the self-made Provisional World Government to take all the unofficial action recommended in our original plan. Its world-wide announcement must include an appeal to all people to lay down their arms and prepare to participate in creating the new world order.”

“If we fail, the war leaders will carry on to the exhaustion of one or both sides. After exhaustion will follow chaos, revolution, dictatorship and recurring global war until the human family destroys itself.”
