CDC VAERS caught sitting on huge inventory of Adverse Effects claims 3/21/2021

Analyzing the VAERS ID# numbering system clearly shows many claims/reports are in process or systemically being omitted or throttled? Keep in mind the whole VAERS system currently contains ~1.1 million records dating back to 1990. Where are the roughly ~139K missing ID#'s since mid Dec. 2020?
