Daredevils Climb to Top of Sydney’s AWA Tower

Pedro Cuccovillo had a peculiar interruption to his working day on July 22, when his boss drew his attention to the Sydney skyline, where two daredevils were making their way to the top of the AWA Tower. The two individuals can be seen taking pictures on the top of the 112-meter high communications tower in a video uploaded to Twitter by Cuccovillo. He told Storyful what he saw after he stopped recording: “They climbed all the way to the top literally holding on the antenna, a step away from death.” According to 9news, two teenagers have been arrested and taken into custody, however, at the time of writing, the New South Wales Police Force had not released a statement on the incident.
