Im trying to raise money for my friend Kim SKippings. Urgent funding is needed to get her surgery from the private sector due to The NHS refusing to help her. During the lock down Kim, became very ill and as a result of this was unable to walk. Kim needs £10,000 for the scans and the surgery itself. The surgery will help decompress her back and with physcio therapy will allow her to walk again. Kim has helped thousands of families keeping their children where they belong at home safe and sound when the Evil Social Services are breaking the law and using every trick in the book to steal children from happy households.

Kim is a fighter through and through. She is a good mother to her 2 daughters. One of her daughter is also disabled with a rare form of dwarfism.
