Chemical Warfare on the Cheap

Rusty Ripsaw Turtle is tired of people polluting his oceans, so he threatens chemical warfare on those that do. He has RoundUp weed killer and wasp spray, two cheap chemical weapons that are readily available to the public. Wasp spray is labelled to only be used for that intended purpose, since it can blind people and is also used to test chemical weapons detection equipment. RoundUp weed killer may cause cancer and problems when placed on our food supply and crops. It is probably not smart to eat food that has been sprayed with this stuff. Don't pollute Rusty Ripsaw Turtle's ocean, especially the Pacific Ocean, where his home of Hawaii is located.
