Onions and garlic destroy red blood cells.

Onions and Garlic are toxic to humans especially if you have a deficiency in a very important enzyme called G6PD. It is my opinion that if you have this deficiency which is an inherited disorder and present in males in the African community you should not eat onions and garlic. You should also consider getting a test to find out.
