DeSantis wants to have a semi-permanent arrangement to transport illegals from Florida to Blue States and Democrat "Sanctuaries" as the proper method of dispersal. Trump wants the the coming recession will be far more extensive than anticipated and that the public needs to brace itself and be prepared.
