Interesting looking at the retail apocalypse, look inside an untouched still open 1980's era Walmart

Jesus tells us in Matthew 6 that we shouldn't put our trust on earthly treasures, and this is a good example of why, we don't see how awful and ugly things are in the moment because we are hypnotized, but once that spell is broken, we see things for the way they have always been. I've been wanting to do this for a while, this is a former Walmart that moved to a Supercenter around 1998/99 in the area where I grew up. A junk store immediately came in and changed very little, the carpet and most of the inside is still original 1981 era Walmart. Looking at it in 2020 we see how disgusting and awful it is, but this garbage was ugly in 1981, we just didn't see it because people were focused on one stop shopping. This ugly layout is what killed small towns and downtowns across America, leading up to the current retail apocalypse. Do not put your trust in riches, REPENT and turn to our LORD AND SAVIOR Jesus Christ before you suffer eternal damnation in the eternal lake of fire
