In 1994 the World Population Summit agreed the world was running out of resources, and all 160 countries agreed the human population was out of control and must be stopped.
An Agreement was made that would reduce humans from 6 Billion to 800 million by the year 2030.
They set around the table brainstorming methods of how they would do this. The below are the procedures that are being implemented on the human race.
1. Packets of Fluoride have been Secretly added to our Drinking Water - happening in every city and community on the planet. The narrator says "I personally saw the delivery of Fluoride to Denver, Chicago, Tampa and Minneapolis Water Departments. The adverse effects of fluoride to the human body are numerous and debilitating. It causes neurological developmental disorders in children among various other ailments.
2. Manmade Viruses and Diseases -- The AIDS Virus was designed by the American Disease Institute and was distributed to the Public by Vaccines in 1980. Instituted as a Population Control tactic the result was successful which led to more developments that have since been released to the public. Among those is the development of a new version of the Common Flu. The FIRST Strain of this new Flu Virus will be released to the public in 2017. The narrator says "so if we see a flu outbreak in 2017 or early 2018 it is going to be intentional and we will know this is true." Hmm, what happened in 2019??
3. Killing us from the Air in the form of Neurotoxic Chemtrails -- Barium Chloride, Cancer Microbes and Viruses sprayed from planes - we call them chemtrails. This will be accomplished by Military Aircraft in ALL inhabitable areas. The effects of these toxins will be lethal over time. They will cause Cancer, Respiratory Illnesses, damage to the Immune Systems and Sterilization. Since the Chemtrail Plan was implemented, Sperm Count in Men have dropped nearly 50%.
4. March 1997 -- an event known as the Phoenix Lights became the most infamous UFO Sighting in History. A mile wide vessel which clearly was not manmade flew slowly over the state of Arizona and was witnessed by 10,000 people, including the Governor.
