Ingredients:
Makes 4-6 servings
1 large head of cauliflower
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1.5 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
pinch of nutmeg
1.5 cups grated cheese ie. cheddar, mozzarella, smoked gouda, etc
(use as much or as little cheese as your heart desires)
