They look like Knights and Death Knights turned to stone. You can't destroy them until they come to life and attack. Their stone bodies don't grant them any defense so you any weapon you wish. We also have a Boss, Quake's Guardian. He's basically a Greek Soldier serving as a champion to oppose us. Lesser Guardians will also spawn in with him.
