This video might give a bit of a background story to people who don't know why I only eat meat. Hopefully it helps people.

It's a video from the first ever carnivore conference, organized by Amber O'Hearn (who has been doing a carnivore diet to treat her bipolar for much longer than I have.)

It's less of a "how to" and more of a story of how I came to this diet.

One correction I'd like to make - I had already started the carnivore diet when I came across Shawn Baker. I was two days in and he helped me with the confidence to continue. It's hard for me to remember the order of events when I was reacting to foods, and looking back at my messages with my friends showed I was already 2 days in when I was showed his video.

Many people come to this conclusion and hopefully one day there will be enough interest to do some real research into it.

.... Just wait. Next time there will be ZERO "um's"
